Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

Your driver will pick you up early in the morning and brief you about your uganda gorilla safaris before taking on the journey west of Uganda with a stopover at the equator where you can take a few shots standing in two hemispheres at the same time. Continue to Lake Mburo national park arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon take a boat cruise on Lake Mburo where you may encounter Crocodiles, Hippos, Zebras, Buffaloes among others. In the evening you may take a nature walk on the walking boards all the way to the salt lick as well as watch the sun setting.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast and we will take a morning game drive as we make our way of the park and onto the road to Bwindi impenetrable forest National park home of the famous Gorillas. Enjoy the beautiful landscape and the rich green vegetation.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking.

Early morning breakfast and we are off to the park headquarters for briefing before a well trained ranger leads us into the deep ancient rich forest of Bwindi. Ensure that you have your packed lunch and rain gear for the trek. The forest is not limited to only the Gorilla but also many other mammals and birds. Meet the Gorillas; spend an hour with them which is the most memorable moments of many people’s lives. Make our way back to the lodge. Later in the evening, depending on the time we return have an evening community walk of a nature walk in the surrounding forest trails.

Day 4: Bwindi – Lake Bunyonyi.

After a strenuous trek the day before; it is time to relax and where best to relax than at the Serene lake Bunyonyi; one of Africa’s deepest lakes yet really beautiful and relaxing with the thousands of songs of birds. What better place to relax than here. You could take a boat ride, or simply relax and enjoy the shores with a taste of some cray fish.

Day 5: Lake Bunyonyi – Kampala.

Enjoy the last views of lake Bunyonyi over breakfast and later transfer back to Kampala a with a few stopovers on the way deemed necessary.
